Recognized as a great communicator and popularizer, holder of doctoral training in organizational psychology, and combining more than thirty years of experience in management and consulting, François Héon contributes to the development of the leadership of individuals, groups and organizations in Canada and around the world.

In 2014, collaborating with a team of international co-editors, he published a book of quotations from Mary Parker Follett titled, “The Essential Mary Parker Follett: Ideas We Need Today.” This book on Follett, nicknamed the “Prophet of Management,” was subsequently translated and published in French (2015) and Arabic (2015). In 2018, François also published his own synthesis of leadership at the crossroads of management, psychology and philosophy: “The Yin and Yang of Leadership: A Theoretical and Practical Guide to Democratic Leading.” The French version was published in 2021, under the title: Le yin et le yang du leadership : un guide théorique et pratique pour diriger (The yin and yang of leadership: a theoretical and practical guide to leading). These two works are intended to be beneficial guides for everyone's leadership development.
