Francis Ihaza earned a bachelor's degree in political science from UQAM and an ISID Executive Program graduate certificate from McGill University. He has more than 10 years in organizational support and project management. Francis is also co-founder and operator of an entrepreneurial innovation platform. This platform supports already well-established companies in their internal innovation processes, as well as start-ups in the commercialization of business solutions.

Like the vine that ingeniously finds a way to grow and continue flourishing, Francis uses his creativity to bring about innovative and benevolent solutions. At Concilium Capital Humain, he acts as a special collaborator in research and organizational strategies.
